Amplifon works in close collaboration with the medical category, a key role with which it shares the fundamental mission of hearing rehabilitation.

Amplifon has oriented its activities in line with the philosophy of collaboration with all the relative operators in the "service chain" for the client, having as its priority goal the full rehabilitation of hearing loss and total recovery of the patient's capacities of communication and socialization.
Therefore, aware of the primary importance of addressing the medical category, it has developed two groups of initiatives:

• activities of research, scientific information, updating and training, carried out mainly through the CRS Amplifon, a non-profit initiative financed by Amplifon;
• development of a special line of otological instruments (Amplaid - Biomedical Line) aimed at supporting specialists in clinical practice.
